Our Rec Clubs

The Coomera Waters Recreation Clubs are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Browse this section to find out all the information on your Recreation Clubs.

Booking the Rec Clubs

It's very important to note that the Rec Clubs cannot be booked exclusively for your event. Other residents still have access to the Rec Clubs and facilities during your event even if you have booked.

Please Note: You only need to book a Rec Club if you are having a large event with more than 10 people. If you are having a much larger event (25 people MAXIMUM) then you must book especially for security issues. The booking system allows residents to check if any other event will be on at the same time which can avoid the frustrations of having too many people in the same spot trying to do the same thing.

So be aware that the Rec Clubs are there for us all to share and to use responsibly.

Booking Timeslots:
Timeslots include set-up and clean-up time. Please leave facilities in a clean and tidy fashion.
You can book in the following timeslots:
  • 8am to 12 noon

  • 12 noon to 4pm

  • 4pm to 8pm

Rules and Procedures - The Booking Form & $25 Usage fee
Detailed rules and procedures for use of the Rec Clubs are published in the Principal Body Corporate CMS. A brief summary of the rules are displayed at both entrances to the Rec Club. The Rec Club Code of Conduct is attached.

The Booking Form is attached below. Print this out and fill it in. Then take to the Coomera Waters Management Company Office at the Marina (upstairs from the Sales Office) with $25 cash or cheque (CWMC office will advise who to make cheques out to).

The $25 usage fee applies when booking either Rec Club for a large function (maximum of 25 people). The fee will cover a rise in consumable costs as the number of these functions grows (ie. electricity, cleaning, toilet paper etc)

How To Book or Check Availability:

Please call the CWMC office on 5561 8809. Or drop into the office above the Sales Office.

Note: You still book tennis courts on the form at each Rec Club.
