Caretaker
Coomera Waters Management Company (CWMC) are our estate caretakers
The Caretaker function for Coomera Waters is provided via an Austcorp subsidiary called Coomera Waters Management Company (CWMC). The office can be contacted during normal working hours on 5561 8809. The caretaker’s office hours are now 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, and Sat 8-11am. Please call for an appointment as the office cannot always be staffed during these times. Office is located above the CW sales office in the Commercial Precinct.
For after hours emergencies (including sewage and power issues) please call security first on 5501 9299, who will then forward any information to the caretaker.
An example of the duties managed by the Caretaker:
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the Recreation Clubs and swimming pools
- Maintenance of Body Corporate parks and gardens
- Maintenance of garden and walkway lighting
- Reporting of lighting faults in non-gated precincts
- Maintenance of the sewerage operating systems in gated precincts
- Annual checking of back flow prevention valves to irrigation systems
- Organisation of testing to fire hydrants in gated precincts
- Management and issuing of swipe cards and Rec club access cards
- Liaison with builders in relation to infrastructure drawings
- Manage the marina moorings
- Manage Rec Club bookings
