Pilates for All Levels

These Pilates Classes focus on postural awareness, strengthening and lengthening of muscles, improved flexibility of muscles and improved range of motion of joints.

Denitta has a Diploma of Sports Studies and Pilates International.  Bring your own mat.  $10 a lesson (10 lesson block over 10 weeks) or $15 for casual class.
