Active & Healthy Mums Exercise Class 9.15am Fridays at Genesis Central Park
An 'Active & Healthy Mums' class is being run on Fridays at 9.15am at Genesis Central Park, Picnic Creek Drive, Coomera. Bring a towel or yoga mat for comfort while exercising.This class has been specifically designed to get mums active with a great range of appropriate exercises. Suitable for all levels including post-natal. You can bring your kids along with you (just note there are no childcare services) and the class is FREE! Dads are also welcome to come along. Get fit in a great local environment!
