Connection problems?

Troubleshooting Your Connection.

1. Please follow these steps before you call the help desk. This assists us to solve your problems efficiently as it helps determine faults quickly. Check that your Ethernet cable running from your wall to your computer is plugged in. Check also for visible problems with the cable.Check your connectionif you are still not

connected go to step 2.

2. Go to your communication cupboard in your garage and check that all the Ethernet cables are plugged in tight into your Router. Check also that their corresponding lights are on.

Check your connection again, if you are still not connected go to step 3.

3. Restart your Router this can be achieved by pulling the power cable out of the back, wait 10 secs, then plug it back in. Wait a further 30 secs before checking your connection. If you have followed these steps and your connection is not operational please do not hesitate to call the Coomera Waters

They transport themselves by attaching to files, emails and also can infect your computer through security flaws in your operating system (Windows 98/2000/XP & MacOS).

There are many programs that provide a solution to the virus epidemic. What these programs do is, scan all the emails and files that come in from the Internet to your computer. When a virus is found coming into the software automatically stops it from infecting your pc then destroys it. Another thing to remember is to always update your virus software from the Internet as soon as they are available as this will keep your protection up to date.
